I have lived in North Devon for nearly 40 years (with a bit of time off for good behaviour and travel), my friends and my family are all here too. I think this is the best place in the world to live (I’ve been to quite a few) and over the years, I have come to appreciate that it is not only the landscape, but also the people, and the things they do that make North Devon so special.
I have many years experience supporting the voluntary and community and not for profit organisations that are the back bone of the North Devon community. I get great satisfaction from helping those groups to make a difference, because I really do believe that communities matter.
In the current climate of retreating public services, the voluntary and community sector have a greater value than ever, and I believe I have the skills and the knowledge to help them to do their best.
I can help you to identify potential funders, and produce strong funding bids supported by community consultation if needed, and am able to facilitate partnership projects
because Communities matter …
